I had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the moment I walked in I was impressed. The cleanliness was exceptional throughout the hotel and in my room. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. this hotel had the best hospitality, amenities, and service I've experienced in a long time.

The room was quite spacious with ample room for luggage and a comfortable bed. , the view from the room was breathtaking with picturesque mountains in the backdrop. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, making exploring an easy task.

The hotel suffered from some serious drawbacks. The temperature of the room was beyond frigid and the heating system did not seem to be working correctly.

Wow, what a great stay! the rooms were beautifully designed with all the modern amenities you could ask for. I particularly enjoyed the fact that I had a spacious room to relax in, with a wide flat-screen TV and cosy bathrobes to snuggle up in. Plus, the bathroom had floor heating, what a luxurious touch! the view of the sunset and mountains from my terrace was just breathtaking.

I have to say that the breakfast was rather average, and the hotel had a funny smell that I found a bit off-putting. the location next to a small stream of water meant a lot of pesky mosquitos that the mosquito net on the terrace door couldn't keep out.

For our recent stay in this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and new facilities. the large rooms were well-equipped and clean, with nice big beds and cosy bathrobes. We loved the panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, which was perfect for relaxing. Another great feature was the updated bathroom with a heated floor and plenty of space.

We did notice the lack of attention given to breakfast service, which was rather average compared to other similar hotels.

The receptionist, Razvan, provided exceptional customer service and was always attentive to our needs. The hotel's location in a quiet area ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom had floor heating, which was a fantastic touch.
